Serenity Bay Therapies is a luxury massage therapy salon based in the heart of Inverclyde.

In 2013, Having been trained to HND level in Complementary Therapies for a number of years, I decided it was time to further my career in spa therapies and see more of the world.

I was fortunate enough to be hand picked by Steiner Transocean Ltd - one of the most prestigious spa companies at sea and around the world - to study at their private school in London, where I'd then progress onto employment on a major cruise line.
Having undergone intensive 6* Luxury Massage training at the Steiner Academy, I was then chosen to work for Disney Cruise Line within their 6* Senses Spa onboard the Disney Dream vessel in December 2013.

During my time onboard, I learned a variety of luxury treatments and techniques from all over the world - from India to Hawaii and Thailand. I was not only based onboard the ship, but also frequently massaged on Disney's private island in the heart of the Bahamas, "Castaway Cay" - namely on the secluded beach, "Serenity Bay".

The time spent at both Steiner and Disney have been without a shadow of a doubt the best experiences of my life (and career) to date, however I quickly spotted a lack of these luxury treatments in our Inverclyde community - also a fantastic port to the cruise liners. With some help from the Princes Trust and Business Gateway, I was able to bring these fantastic treatments home to Inverclyde for our community to experience and enjoy.

It is not only my personal aim, but the key of Serenity Bay Therapies, to deliver exceptional qualitative treatments to each and every guest at an affordable price. As a member of the Greenock Chamber of Commerce, I am eager to work with local businesses wherever possible - supporting our local business community, not only to help to strengthen the network, but also to create a lasting impression to our visitors to Greenock as a port - much like the lasting memories I'm left with from my personal experience at Serenity Bay.

Within each and every treatment, we look forward to helping our guests to experience a little bit of the paradise that exists at Serenity Bay.
